RETURN POLICY

  • All items must be returned within 30days from the day you’ve received the order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwastable, must have the tags, and do not present any signs of damage, odors, discolors, wear etc..
  • All Underwear and socks are not returnable. Those are final purchases due to hygiene reasons, contaminations and bacteria. There are no exceptions on these items.
  • We do not exchange any items. If you wish to purchase a new one, it must be placed through our website.
  • Returned items do not have to present any marks or signs or human/pet hair. They will be inspected prior to refund
  • We will refund full total on single orders including shipping after inspection and after meeting the return policy criteria.
  • We will refund your money from 7-10 working days (Not including the weekends such as Saturday and Sunday).
  • When returning an item, please include the following.
    1. Order Number
    2. Zip Code
    3. Full name on the order
    4. An email will be sent to you after confirming the above information with a shipping label available to download.

Exchange Policy

We offer excellent customer service that ensures that we can meet the needs of our customers. Despite the need to provide bespoke service that is tailored to meet the needs of every customer, we understand that it is possible for a customer to request a refund. So we make it possible for our customers to get an exchange for any product or it’s equivalent which would be given as store credit. The product exchange process is usually completed within 30 days.

It is also important to note that a 10% restocking fee is paid for every returned item, the restocking fee helps to handle the necessities required to take products back to their actual manufacturer.

We make use of same shipping and credit card information when handling issues that are related to exchanges. Customers who desire to make changes to such information can easily do that by making it known on the exchange note. The cost of shipping an earlier product would not be returned, and when there is an available balance left after shipping is done, the customer would have the corresponding crediting in the form of store credit.

Ineligible products

Due to some hygienic reasons, some products don’t qualify for a refund, products such as underwear and socks, those are final purchases. No exceptions.

Other items that are ineligible for a refund include; discounted products, special order items, care products, and wholesale orders, or over stock items.

Request for exchange

Preparing a product for exchange requires the customer to perform the following steps;

Request a return form from the contact detail available at the website and also Place the product to be returned in sturdy cardboard that ensures the product cannot easily drop off its packaging. Also, any item to be returned should be forwarded to the address we specify to the customer.
